Before you start

A few practical questions.

Will the office need to change its spreadsheet?

Your team keeps using its existing sheet and headings. The setup preview suggests column mappings for you to confirm. Brightsheet reads your spreadsheet; it never writes to it.

Does it work with Excel?

Yes. Connect a personal or work OneDrive account and choose an .xlsx workbook. Some organisations require administrator approval. You can also upload an Excel or CSV snapshot. SharePoint connections remain available for work accounts.

Do I need a setup call?

No. Create a workspace, review your plan in checkout, then connect and map your sheet using the guided preview. There is no mandatory setup fee. Email support is available if you need a hand.

Who can see the dashboard?

You choose who to invite into your business workspace. The Team and Business plans also include a separate read-only view you can send to customers.
